In the just concluded International mathematical Olympiad training, 13-year-old Nasara James Dabo, a student of Ideal international college, Kaduna emerged as the winner and wins the championship by solving mathematics questions in seconds.
The young genius who participated in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) finished the contest and gathered a total score of 145 points, after solving 34 Mathematical questions in 172 seconds (less than 3 minutes).

This record added another amazing feat to her name, as she emerged as the top scorer, beating over 150 selected participants in the “Junior Category”.
As first place & the Olympiad Champion, she was honored with a Gold medal, to honor her Consistent dedication to Mathematics & studies.

According to Wikipedia, the International Mathematical Olympiad is a mathematical olympiad for pre-university students and is the oldest of the International Science Olympiads. The first IMO was held in Romania in 1959. It has since been held annually, except in 1980.
